Located in the popular resort of Puerto de Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca, the Hotel Astoria Playa is a 4 star rated accommodation, that is situated 150 metres walking distance from the beach and 1.5km from the resort centre, where you will find a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants.

The six storey Hotel Astoria Playa was built in 1972, and underwent a full refurbishment of its facilities during 2013, and now offers a total of 166 air conditioned guest rooms with a choice of both twin and single rooms and Junior Suites.

All guest rooms at the hotel have their own bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi Internet access, a safety deposit box that is available for rental, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with views over the resort.

A daily maid service is also provided, which carry out a change towels as required, and bed linen change twice a week.

Guest facilities at the Hotel Astoria Playa include a 24-hour reception area which offers a currency exchange service, and for guests with late airport departures, both luggage and courtesy rooms are also available. Other communal facilities include a games room, along with public internet terminals, a self-service laundry and medical services on request.

A buffet style restaurant offers guests a wide variety of freshly prepared traditional Spanish, international and vegetarians meals each day to suit all diets and tastes, with weekly thematic Gala dinners elaborated with products from the island, also a poolside snack bar offers an additional selection of soft drinks and sandwiches throughout the day.

A variety of sporting and leisure facilities are available for all guests to enjoy at the hotel, which include a choice of two large outdoor freshwater swimming pools that are surrounded by spacious terraces and Mediterranean style gardens that are fully furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Several times each week evening entertainment is also planned with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows.

Please be aware that the Hotel Astoria Playa is a "Adults Only" hotel, and that all guests must be aged over 18 at the time of arrival.
