The Aparthotel Ferrer Maristany is a 4 star rated accommodation which is situated just 100 metres from the Puerto de Alcudia beach and a short walk from the sporting marina and Alcudia resort centre with its selection of shops, bars restaurant and fantastic nightlife.

The hotel was built in 1970 and underwent an extensive refurbishment during 2008. Built over five floors overlooking a large central pool area with sun terraces and gardens, the new modern build has a total of 55 guest rooms, offering visitors a selection of 43 one bedroom self catering apartments along with a further 12 studio flats, making it a perfect choice for a quiet and relaxed holiday to Mallorca.

All guest rooms at the Aparthotel Maristany have air conditioning and central heating, along with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator.

The lounge/dining room also has additional sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, all have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

A daily maid services is also provided, which change of towels as required, and bed linen twice a week.
