The modern two storey Waikiki Apartments were built in 1985, and underwent an extensive refurbishment of their facilities during 2003, and now offer guests a choice of 33 one bedroom self catering apartments, 33 studio flats and a further 2 Suites that are built around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms have their own bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and feature a kitchenette with cooking facilities that include a microwave oven and refrigerator.
