Situated on the northern shores of the Lago Esperanza, the 2 key rated Don Juan Apartments are a short 800 metre walk from the centre of Alcudia with its selection of shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife.

The three storey Don Juan Apartments were built in 1984, and underwent an extensive refurbishment of its facilities during 2002, and now offers guests a selection of 15 one and two bedroom self catering apartments.

All apartments have a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and feature a kitchenette with cooking facilities and an open plan lounge/dining room where you will find additional sofa-beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a terrace or balcony with views over the resort.

A maid service is also provided, that carry out a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

As an added bonus, guests staying at the Don Juan Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel El Lago, where you will find a 24-hour reception area offering currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for guests having late airport departures.

Other facilities available at the Hotel El Lago includes a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For guests who prefer not to cook whilst on holiday, a cafeteria/snack bar is also available, offering a variety of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes to suit all tastes.

A wide selection of both sporting and leisure facilities are available for all guests to enjoy, this includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, which are then surrounded by terraces and gardens furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
